This is a view of a 1940’s DC-4 aircraft.
The aircraft, and many others, can be found at Opalocka Airport in Miami, Florida. This and several of these planes were used recently for disaster relief to Haiti after the earthquake.

This plane may be the greatest plane ever made. Still in service, refurbished, and still air worthy for relief and disaster missions. Sturdy frame and so forth makes this picture honor the engineers who really did a great job. Great pic.
