At a local Jamaican restaurant and market called Jam Rock, in Miami’s west Kendall area, you can get a variety of fresh produce for island dishes. This image is of a batch of fresh Scotch Bonnet peppers, some of the hottest peppers around, and my personal favorites! This batch has ripened to a nice deep red color, making the peppers a bit more flavorful and sweet.
