This is the historic bridge between Miami Springs and Hialeah, Florida, USA. The Parker Vertical Truss Bridge was constructed in 1927 by the Champion Bridge Company of Wilmington, Ohio. It is 74.5 feet high and 158.2 feet long, spanning a distance of 132 feet. Here you see the bridge reflecting in the Miami Canal (C-6) which connects Lake Okeechobee to Biscayne Bay backlit by a sun rising through a cloudy sky.
