For women entering into motherhood it is one of the greatest transitions of all time! It is her vision quest. Take a moment to acknowledge this change… this moment of metamorphisis… when you reach the other side, you will be stronger, wiser and richer.
Before motherhood, I thought I was so humble, compassionate and loving and kind… but in truth, I had not been tested yet. I am happy to say, that 4 years and 2 kids later, I am still on a very steep learning curve of patience, selflesness, compassion, understanding… but I know that I am way ahead on the chart than I was before I had kids.
Motherhood is the most unrelenting and beautiful teacher that gives the best perks.

Lovely painting, and what a wonderful concept with the journal. When I was pregnant w/ my first I journaled and read every book on birthing I could get my hands on. Then with my second…..nothing, too busy taking care of the first one…lol. The journal will help many first time mamas I am sure, especially w/ the artwork to go along with it!
