Christina, so honest of work I have not seen in so long, you are so skilled in conveying emotion visually. I feel so much here in your work of art that if I say more about it I feel I would reveal too much of myself…you show to the world, to a viewer of your art honest, true expression of what is within and in a technique that is yours-yours as an artist and yours as a person. This is truly what I would describe as contemporary unconventional fine art at its best….contemporary because you use traditional media and unconventional because as I have heard another artist describe the word so well for me it is a way to create a dialogue and you art does this from my perspective perfectly…fine art because of reasons obvious that do not need to be described.

  • thank you so much cara for your beautiful comment…it’s so honest and insightful. :) almost every piece i work on my heart & soul control my hand…this one in particular is a fave of mine, and constantly moves people whenever they see it, almost like you can feel what i was feeling when i painted it….i’m glad….because personally i am not good at getting people to understand me, but i found through my art they see a little bit more of me….so i have to be careful not to reveal too much…. :)

    thank you cara :)
