The Blue Angels have flown over 10 different aircraft in the team’s 65 year history.Today, the squadron flies the Boeing F/A-18 Hornet.Since 1946, the Blue Angels have flown for more than 260 million spectators.The fastest speed flown during an air show is 700 mph (just under Mach 1) and the slowest speed is 120 mph. oh this is great kathy…i love air shows and the blue angels..smiles, there is nothing you cant photograph perfectly…this is great!!
I am hooked on it now. LOL te first F-18 that flew by at about 500mph blew me away and I missed the shot, shooting them at these speeds is not a easy task. many thanks
