They are so beautiful..i recall somewhere that perhaps the photographer of the year 2007 or 2008 (natural/wildlife) caught a shot of an osprey with prey in its beak…such beautiful captivating eyes:))

yes they are, I am still trying to capture that, I almsot had one fishing one time… and that is when I said man I need that 600mm len, maybe one day I will get a closer shot of them fishing.

lol, I would like to ba bale to get a little closer to them when they are fishing.either a 500 or a 600mm would work, I think

Oh wow! This is so beautiful :D We have ospreys around here too. Beautiful animals :D
I’ve even seen chicks once at a “bird lake” called Hornborgasjön (or Lake Hornborga if you like) which also is a nature reserve. They looked so “funny” with their head-feathers standing straight up :D
