C R U T C H
A friend of mine blew-out her knee and had to get surgery on it. She is very into sports and not very girly…kind of like me. I couldn’t leave her in her tutu…........
.
SO…....I took a ballerina Barbie, put her in some of Ken’s clothes, cut her waist length hair (my friend’s hair is short), cut her leg with a xacto blade and stitched up the cut with a needle and thread and made her a crutch out of a chopstick (from rb tee) and rubber for the armpit padding.
.
I am going to send it to her with one of my Goldfish Funeral cards. I’m going to write…Things could always be worse!

So cute and humorous…I’m sure your friend will love and appreciate it. And I am sure it will lift her spirits. She is lucky to have such a caring, thoughtful, and talented friend.
BTW, the photo is great! Love the perspective and shadowing.

oh plastic women, what did she get done to her knee?
Jen Cannella in reply to Jenalee Harmon’s comment, 7 months ago
Cartilage removal…I know they use Arthroscopic surgery but, four little holes would not make the same statement, so I did the operation old school style.
