I am based in beautiful Gippsland Victoria, not far from Mt Baw Baw where I work as a portrait photographer and papercraft designer.
My work, both photographic and media-based revolves around the everyday, whatever I see and how I see it. I am fascinated by the way humans interact with one another, and the emotion that comes with it and that is the basis of what I aim to capture. I have a bit of an odd sense of humour at times so that enters into my creativity as well.
My background is in Illustration and Design, I’m just returning to drawing and painting after quite a large break, just finding my way back now…prefer oil pastels, ink and charcoal over anything else…
Also love fabric, haberdashery and buttons, vintage lace and trims, paper, stamps, and pretty much anything with texture…
