Wow Nadine!! Do you think if I sell enough photos they might sell?! What a cute house!!! It is a terrace house, isn’t it? I lived in one once but it was haunted so that wasn’t so good!! Plus it turned out to be an ex-brothel!! We were niave! We didn’t know what the redllight in the main bedroom meant – and we always wondered what the STAFF ONLY sign on the kitchen door meant! Lucky, it was a house full of people in blue generally!!
This is adorable and good to see you getting out and about again too!!
Goo NN!! xox Vicki
thanks so much – and for the fav too!

This would make a great card too NN!! It is like a doll house!! :))
thanks so much, vicki – yes, it reminds me of those painted houses in Amsterdam – I have a couple of ceramic versions on my walls. But this isn’t at all a typical Aussie house. We call them townhouses here – I vignetted out the adjoining ones. So pleased you like it!!

It is very quaint NN!! I would love to live in one!! I think the terrace houses I am referring to is the same meaning, but different styling. They were all stuck together (funny thing we never heard the neighbours when we were 18 – but they probably heard us!) – they were build way back, early early days, when Sydney first got settled sort of thing! Chippendale, Central Sydney…. Have you ever been in one of these town houses, like your photo?
no, I don’t think I ever have been inside one of these. We had terraced houses back in England but they were a whole different category! Would love to see inside this one – and the stairs would keep you fit!

Nice work Nadine. like the effect, while there did you go and have a look at city farm?—cheers Alex
lol! no, didn’t get to city farm yet! but thanks for the reminder, and the comment, alex. I was getting my hair done for the 1st time in months and this beautiful house happened to be almost opposite. Still not up to much in the way of proper photo shoots, sadly.

very much like a dolls house, I agree! The vignette accentuates this I think. Lovely!
I hadn’t tried that vignette before but I wanted to block out the two adjoining houses which were distracting. thanks for your comment, lou!
