Thanks for visiting my site. I’ve been seriously intererested in photography since Christmas 2006 when my dear husband gave me a Leica MP film camera, 35mm lens, and a book of Henri Cartier-Bresson’s images. I still haven’t managed anything close to Henri’s fabulous shots with essentially the same equipment but I have had so much fun trying out different styles, cameras, lenses, film/digital, b&w/colour and software. Since being on RB I have discovered I really like minimalist images, while my lenses seem to particularly like architectural shots. I’m a member of the Northern Exposures Photographers Group camera club in Western Australia.

A skittering. Long legged. Orange. Huge spider? No. It skittered again, sideways. An orange crab….
He went into the room determined to hate her.
He expected her to be disgusted, get up and march out, telling his parents she wouldn’t work with such a horrible boy.
I remember he said what he tried to do was just be harmless. That even just being harmless in this world was such an achievement.
