A series of abstract textural mixed-media pieces on paper, exploring the interplay of light on different surfaces, shapes and patterns on painted gold surfaces with textured paper and metal foil, and completed in 2012.
I was born in the UK in 1959, graduating with a degree in English/Italian Literature in 1981. I took two two-year part-time courses in painting and working with mixed media in the 80’s and exhibited with the Dream Illustrators in Coventry, as well a putting on two solo exhibitons, until moving to Brighton in 1994. There I exhibited with the Bear Cave Gallery.
Since 1996 have lived and worked in Budapest, Hungary as a freelancer in several varied disciplines.
