Did you write your “Shine On” before or after you seen mine?
I love this song, and as I was doing this picture, this song just popped into my head, and I said, “OMG”, I am going to put one of my most favorite songs to this picture! I love music, ever since I was a child, I feel music! I’ve always wanted to play the drums, but always too busy to learn, from raising two children, bad marriage, breaking away from a terrible man, meeting the man of my dreams which is 10 years younger than myself, then raising two children with a younger man! It all was a task to survive, but I and our family prevailed which this song and picture is all about! Shine On Hoping 2009 will bring it on! (-:

I wrote my ‘Shine On’ in 1988, during a time of stress for me (‘marriage’ breakup…); without optimism, the future appears dark; when we ‘shine on’, in spite of that darkness, there is hope for a brighter future…Peace, and HAPPY NEW YEAR, Gail!!!!
