You’re right! I only speak a few languages, and arabic is not one of them… thank the lord others ‘bridge the divide’!
The ‘space’ was as you rigtly point out, the most signicant thing here… so much so, I was going to make the embodiment of the camel, falcon & falconer about 50% smaller…. but as it was commissioned by a an Arab gallery, they didn’ t like that idea – shame…I see art direction in art as one thing: it becomes an illustration.
