Thank you very much. It was a long time setting this up correctly. I’m honored that an artist at your skill level would leave such kind words. Truley appreciated.

Now they should be commenting!
Congratulations on being featured
You know I have begun to realize that the thumbnail is key to viewers
some thumbnails do not translate the design well and detail is lost
My best views come from thumbnails that shout to the audience even though they are not necessarily my best pieces
Crazy eh?
NewDawnPhoto replied
Not much commenting but several people have favored it.
Crazy, yes! A shame people don’t slow down a bit and really browse portfolios. So much is easily missed.

I also missed this one before Anthony. I think this is one of your best! Beautiful lighting and composition. I love the look on the models face, the eyes. I’d love to know how you came up with the idea, and how you set up the lighting.

Thank you so much, John!
How I came up with the idea: Hell if I know…just came to mind!
The whole set up on this took hours. I had to move the furniture down to my studio and then get everything set just right. The jester is in a glass cabinet that is mirrored on the back wall. So, I had to put black paper behind him. He is lit by the light in the cabinet. She is lit by the candals (Obviously) and also from above (The back of her) with track lighting. I also used track lights to highlight the top edges of the mirror and the curtains behind it. I didn’t like the lit up curtains in the long run though so I burned those down. The original thought behind this was to have her putting on lipstick and not noticing him admiring her. I really liked the conection between them in this though so I went with this one for the final creation.
