a different perspective

I walk a lot. I look up a lot. I can’t see all my city close up, its growing too tall for me and hurts when I try. I want to bring it down to my level, something I can manage. i watch the Brisbane skyline become more out of my reach every day. This perspective gives me brief respite from the strain of trying to fit in. For a captured second it fits into me.
