I went by the airport today on my way home thinking I’d take a few pictures of some planes. I found this baby scissor-tailed flycatcher on the ground instead. His mother was bringing bugs as she could catch them (which wasn’t very often) to feed him. I had to stand in the heat a long time to get this picture, but it was well worth it.

Daniel – this is just awesome!! I have never seen a scissor tailed flycatcher, but I just love to see new birds!! Excellent shot!!!!
