Bridal Border Crossing
This photo captures my friend Simona before she was joined by her now husband on a walk home across the river Kolpa after being married earlier that day. The river Kolpa splits the border between Slovenia and Croatia and their home can be seen in the distance on the Croatian side.
The couple wanted to do this romantic stroll home at 6:30am to mark the end of a very eventful day as they said goobye to their friends on the Slovenian side.
I cannot express how beautiful this was. I hope you appreciate this shot.
