The Village at Sabari
A village at Sabari Island, Louisiade Archielago, PNG. This looks idyllic, but the Melanesian people here have virtually no western goods apart from some clothes and bush knives, and malaria is widespread. They have noticed the rising sea levels, however we struggled to explain to them the link between the western world’s use of fossil fuels and why their houses may soon be undermined by the ocean.
