thanks so much Geir. I have always viewed it totally as an abstraction, but I suppose that is partly because I wasnt really sure how it would look until it was completed. So i never thought of it as a representational painting. I was chasing a feeling that ended up looking like it was from beneath the water. I find that is common with my paintings when I go diving willy nilly into the subconsious!
