Once I met a Gypsy
who wasn’t really hippie

Once i met a black man
who never ever mugged.

Once i met a Crusty
who wasn’t really dirty.

Once i met a single mum
whose children went to Oxford.

Once i met a junkie
who you could really trust.

Once i met a poofter
who wasn’t ever camp.

And once i met a cat
who never ever scratched.

But then i met them.
Those who stereotype
They make me really angry
because it’s rather sad.
