There is this amazing place that sells old and new mannequins in one of Perth’s industrial areas. It’s just an old 5 bedroom house literally filled with mannequins of ALL shapes and sizes, women, men & kids. Each one is unique and no doubt all have an interesting life story to tell.The back yard is littered with mannequin body parts, it is truly like stepping into an amazing film set or a weird dream. I returned for 3 seperate shoots, totally addicted.

This image is shot on pushed neg film 800asa. I had access to printing facilities at the time and forgot for some stupid reason to rinse the chemicals of the film once I had developed it. So the film dried with these pinkish chemical drip lines, as you can see in the photo. Luckily I loved it! The unpredictable, tactile nature of film was great for creative random-ness.
