As an immigrant Scot, my background is Celtic and I grew up with a great appreciation of watercolor art and poetry. Animals and their protection are passionate interests of mine as well as a great love of nature in general. I’m constantly in awe of the beauty it creates and have been in love with flowers for as long as I can remember.

My husband and I are both retired and reside in Rochester, Michigan with our two beloved golden retrievers. My work involved computer presentations and I’ve always been fascinated with what computers can do. I have no formal art training but like to create vibrant colorful images. Retirement affords me the time to discover and appreciate other forms of art as well as learning new ones.
