Contemporaries

I havent posted in SUCH a long time, I hope people like this one.
Please leave contsructive criticism.

Contemporaries belongs to the following groups:

All Things Poetic, Artistic, Philosophical, Pulp Noir, The Word Tree and WMG

Of opposites as night and day,
of the sun that chases the moon,
Of contemporaries like black and white,
of midnight followed by the noon.

We are both different, but fit so right,
you are the day, and I the night.
I follow you like the moon does the sun,
we are opposites, but eternally one.

I am the darkness to your light,
your joyful day, my sacred night.
Two pieces of a perfect whole,
it’s your face I think of, your name I call.

And so, of opposites that together attract,
and contemporaries that are together drawn.
It is so then you, my eternal bond,
That I’ll follow to the end, as dusk follows dawn.
