I’m a teacher, living not far from Cambridge, England. I have taken photographs most of my adult life, but only started seriously taking on digital photography in 2006. Since autumn 2008, I’ve had a Sony Alpha 300, my first DSLR.
Many of my photos either reflect my travels through Europe, mostly in Spain and Germany, or of nature.
I love looking at things through the viewfinder; it has enabled me to see the world with new eyes. The experience always reminds me of the first time my daughter saw snow and the wonderment with which she observed it. I think we sometimes take the beauty of our world for granted.
I am also on Flickr and have a book of my Alhambra photos for sale.
