A Step In Time
Taken at Old Rainworth Fort near Springshaw in Central Queensland. Rainworth Station is situated about 10 Klm from Springshaw. It is owned by two elderly ladies and managed by the younger generations. The original homestead from Old Cairdbeign Station has been relocated to Rainworth as a museum. This old footware can be found inside the old homestead

I love this shot … there’s a softness to the quality of the light that reminds me so much of my grandparent’s place … the feeling of lives gone by … times lost … and the shoes and the lovely lace curtains all work together to create a wonderfully haunting image.
