This looks as if taken from a plane, high above the clouds – excepting these skyscrapers peeping out of the blue (or white)... On the other hand, skyscrapers are supposed to do just that, aren’t they?
    Very special.

Magnificent Scene! Great focus and coloring in this remarkable shot. The icing on the cake are the sun’s rays fanned out as it peaks over the cloud which you have captured brilliantly. Nice work! Len

This kind of fog doesn’t happen all that often in Brisbane Anne-Marie. We were visiting my sister in law. We stayed with her overnight and I saw on the evening weather on the telly that there was going to be fog. So I made sure we didn’t miss it and it was worth the effort. I’m glad you liked it

Perfect image – this is just brilliant!!!

  • NautilusBlue replied

Thankyou Elaine. We went down to Kirra for a couple of days to pay bills ect. Caught this in Brizzy on our way back up here. The weather man said it was going to be foggy the night before. He wasn’t kidding lol. The clouds lighting up were a bonus

Excellent shot from Mt Coot-tha! The layering effect of the fog and the clouds lit by the sun works really well. The tops of the skyscrapers sticking out creates even more interest. Well done on winning the challenge.
