Sturminster Marshall is a village on the river Stour, four miles west of Wimborne in Dorset. The name Sturminster in fact means ‘large church on the river Stour’.

The church was built in Norman times (12th century) and during the 13th & 14th centuries additions and improvements were made. There was little further work until 1802 when the tower fell down and was rebuilt. A restoration took place in 1859-60

I love this one Pauline – the result you’ve achieved is wonderful. Did you use any effects other than HDR? I use Dynamic Photo HDR myself and would be interested to know which of their effects you chose (eg Human Eye etc..) Great work
    Take care

  • Thanks for the super comment Peter, I play really, always use the Skin, Light tune, Filter Col. and then play about a bit with the cols and hues, I am useless with these programmes, but I do enjoy experimenting, I also use the textures in the Picnik programme sometimes as a fiinishing touch…hope this helps, but even I never get two the same, all to luck lol! Have a lovely day my friend xx
