Such a beautiful soft colour Pauline. I love the Peonys. I have just one in my garden – a deep burgandy – but it hasn’t flowered yet. I think they like time to establish. No doubt you will know when it has bloomed …

  • Depends how long since it was planted- need 2 years to bloom as a rule-you will know – great big beautiful flowers- thankyou Sharona!!

Stunning shot Pauline! I love peonies! (My three didn’t bloom this year:-( I’m hoping next year! The saying is that the first year they sleep, the second year they creep, and by the third they produce! I hate that I have to wait another whole year!!) At least I get to see them here!

  • You have it- 2 years before they bloom- but well worth the wait Sue- many thanks for lovely comment!! x
