This part of the grist mill, long forgotten, sits to the left of the image posted yesterday. This was also used as a separate milling area, apart from the other structure. With a high powered flashlight, looking in the door, two millstones lay inside. The screen area atop had the screening added and wood planking removed about seven years back, so the owners at that time could sit and overlook the dammed stream feeding the mill.
