Artist's Description

The final image taken on that dreadful day of personal attack at Yama-No-Uchi Farm ruins. I was in a dreamy state when I took this, thinking to the wonderful and natural times friends had spent here in history (late 1800’s-1920’s), when reality beckoned that my life was in danger by a skulking man in the ruins!
The Yama Farms was created as a mountain resort of a very special kind, within the elements of all things natural. A place for friends such as John Burroughs, Thomas Edison, and others to philosophize on the riches of the earth.
I needed to post this image to close the chapter of this particular journey, keeping the special moments I have read about extensively in my spirit, of the beauty and awe once found here.
Photographed in Napanoch, New York, USA
