RB Falsely Posting to Search Engines on our behalf?

I have been thrown into another arena of hell by someone who has privately emailed me about an image I purchased as Vintage Stock and used to create a greeting card with. While the woman states she bought the framed print she owns from an Ebay seller, she also states she wishes to use it for an organization she belongs to, and wants to know if it is copyright free, did I own the image?.
