In the velvet warmth of urban light
relief styrofoam print
Sue Young rolled the 6 in. Tabach brayer across the rice paper during the experimental relief printmaking workshop at my studio. I loved the richness of the color embedding into the rice paper. I rolled each brayer onto the rice paper starting with the yellow, then red, and the smallest, blue.
In the meantime, I’ve posted the word image In the velvet warmth of urban light. They are a lovely combination. Both print and word image were inspired by a recent 6 day visit to Montreal. It has been far too long since my last visit.
