My name is Narin Ismail. I was born in Northern Iraq,
( Dohuk) and currently living in Toronto.

I started drawing when I was about 7 years old in Turkey refugee Camp, during the gulf war in Iraq. My first drawing reflected the war in Iraq. Ever since, art has always been with me and around me. It’s like a messenger of great significances and power.

What do I love about art?

I love the self-knowledge and the desire of freedom. Every painting or photo shot is a story. I believed we are all artists in mysteries way and that’s the beauty of art.

What does art thinks of you?

Well, you’re going to have to ask that question to the life creator…

Photography or art?

Mmmm… I can do both, but I love art more, because it more difficult then photograph, as for photograph technology does all the work, but art created technology …..

And who created art?

What can you do?

I have done pretty much everything…… print making, graphic design, fashion design, House decorating, photography, pen/ink, drawings, sculptures, paintings, crafts, poetry, animation, filming, mix media……et……

What is your style of art?

I love surrealism….. Anything meaningful and dreamy piece of work

Who is your favorite artist of all times?

Um…me….just kidding…. Nothing is better without art history….. Every artist made a difference today.
