Ok – not good here today – done something to my neck or throat – not sure which. Some awful nerve type pain going on and typing is difficult [so is moving head] and one side of face has swollen up :(

Will be back when its cleared folks

yikes julie!! get you a warm wet towel, wrap it around your neck, you probably pulled it somehow, if that swelling doesnt go down..get to a doctor!! hope you get better soon
