I love seeing other peoples work, love the different ideas people come up with, seeing new techniques (well new to me), getting a glimpse into the commitment and passion others have for photography. I love making connections with people from different parts of the world and I love the support people give each other. No organisation is perfect all the time for all people but this one is pretty darn good. Well done Redbubble.

Of course I love the quality of the art here, who couldn’t ? But I came here a year ago from deviantART for a very specific reason.

One of the Senior Admins there stated very publicly in one of his journals that in his opinion fractals were not Art & fractalists weren’t artists. That in fact the computers did all the work & all we did was push the mouse around a bit. To say this caused an uproar is putting it mildly.

So… the thing I love the most about Redbubble is your encouragement of all art & artists & your active support of us all. You truly are a global community with only the welfare of it’s members in mind, of which I’m truly grateful.

Without Redbubble I wouldn’t have made the sales I’ve made, or had the exposure I’ve had, which incidentally has led to an outside sale tyvm ! And without Redbubble I wouldn’t have been one of the featured artists in the Digital Art and Patterns ezine either….me, a non-artist fractalist according to one person at least.

The people here give each other wonderful support & encouragement as well… it’s a growing place. The good here so out weighs the bad…. in fact… what bad ?!! I’m honestly confused.

I love the encouragement and inspiration a single comment from a perfect stranger can give me. I love the faith that people have shown in me, the support this community has given me… were it not for Redbubble I would never have had the confidence to take that leap forward out of my snapshotting comfort zone to try to capture and create something that is truly worthy of the title “Art”.

I love that because of the platform that Redbubble has given us to showcase our work, instead of snuggling up in front of the fire I am now about to head out into the freezing bloody cold to try to capture some of beauty that I see in the frost this morning.

Hold on… should I be thanking Redbubble for frostbite? ;)

I love it because so many people on here, just do things – for the promotion and support of their fellow artists.

Seeing members Pay It Forward is such an inspiration, and to then witness further Pay It Forwards generate around the site, is just intoxicating.

the community and the fact people are willing to quickly pop over to my youtube vids and watch them every now and then.
for example- half my youtube video hits come from redbubble.. i love that people are willing to explore and actually take interest in me (and other aretists too).

there is something about RB that no other website has. it still seems to maintain a small village spirit.

I’ve enjoyed watching the progess in people here, from when they join up to what they’re doing in a years time. The site’s encouragement and nurturing style allows people to get inspired and grow, rather than be intimidated into hiding their creativity.

There have been people form business ventures, and develop their writing to a standard for publication off bubble, which is wonderful.

I love being part of an inspiring creative community which is diverse and constantly evolving. Without change and challenges we become stagnant and stale. As a beginner the wealth of talent and knowledge is invaluable, and the generosity with which it is given is much appreciated. Behind the scenes, making it all happen, are a group of obviously dedicated and passionate people who care about the world they have created. I thank them for the sanctuary they provide for a budding artist like me to learn and grow.
