Original Artwork 20×25cm on wood panel
(this is a part of a series of 8 paintings)
Beirut is a fascinating city where tradition lives and breathes day and night. The focus of these 8 small paintings was finding images and symbols unique to Beirut…its sights, tastes and sounds… from the Water Pipes to the Worry Beads, Lanterns and Backgammon Boards, Old wooden Chairs and Coffee Cups… these can be found on any corner on any hopping Beirut Night.
nancy salamouny, acrylic painting, beirut, lebanon, night life, pubs, bars, lanterns, water pipe, contemproary, still life, worry beads
Art… I live, breathe and eat it… can’t get enough.
I love to create my art… I’ll paint all day long if I can.
It touches all aspects of my life. I work as an art teacher in 3 schools, paint murals in homes, businesses…indoor and outdoor, do some graphic design, and hope to soon illustrate a children’s book. And I LOVE TO VIEW ALL YOUR ARTWORK HERE ON REDBUBBLE!
