Can someone answer this question, please?
With all the changes Red Bubble has been making lately, I sometimes feel like a new subscriber…..is there a way (a quick and easy way) to know at a glance which images I have submitted to which groups?
I have submitted this suggestion for feedback at this link.
GOOD NEWS! Please see the comment from Jo O’brien below. It’s already in the works.

Not that I know of

Not that I’m aware of Nancy. I know it has been suggested many times. May still be sitting in the suggestion box.
Nancy Polanski replied
I don’t understand how this new Feedback and Suggestion portion of RB works, but you can’t just email them anymore. They directed me to this link where I could start a discussion. I don’t like it, and may have done it wrong, but for whatever it’s worth…look at this.
Tim Sanders
That would be a nice feature to RB…....

Tim, please read my reply to Lorraine above.

Nancy you can see pretty quickly the last 20 works that were accepted into groups my going to your Filter Activity Feed and look under My Groups, and then select Moderation of My Work. See if that helps you.
If you’re going back farther than that, then I don’t know of a fast way.
Jim Phillips
Nancy, you do realize that on the preview page of each piece of art it list the groups that it is currently associated with.
Nancy Polanski replied
Hello, Jim!! Yes, I do know that. And when you click on “edit” on your My Art page, you can see which groups it’s in too. But you have to have an idea first, which images to check.
And I am interested in knowing much older images than the ones in “Moderation” so unfortunately that doesn’t help me either. But keep thinking. Those are good suggestions.

Nancy,
I have been asking myself that very same question lately. In fact, I am constantly visiting the “my art” page and clicking on each piece to check to be certain. It is a very tedious process.
Wouldn’t it be nice if the “Enter The Challenge” page for each new challenge would only display the work that you have that is eligible in thats group’s challenge. Challenges that do not require that your piece has been accepted by the group would show all of your work for selection. However, when you can only enter work that has already been accepted by the group, only the pieces that are already in that group would be made available for selection!
Did all that make sense? I hope I said that clearly.
Gene
Nancy Polanski replied
Hello, Gene. Yes, you make perfect sense. And I almost totally agree. That’s what brought this topic to my mind in the first place….challenges.
The only thing I differ on is that it’s okay to display ALL your works on the challenge page. That way if you see one that is not yet in the group but ought to be, you can add it. What I would like to see is the images which are already in the group with some sort of highlighting or checkmark or something like that associated with them. So that you know immediately what you may submit to the challenge.
Thanks for the quick response.

Yes on your overview page in your group section, they now show what you have submited.
Also group messages are there near the group your looking at.
Nancy Polanski replied
Apparently they are only showing the most recent submissions, because there’s no way to look farther back. Have you found a way to look at the really old submissions?
Nancy Polanski replied
Or am I misunderstanding your comment?

Oh, It is only the current and pending entry’s

That would be soooo useful and has been proposed but to my knowledge not implemented as of yet!

I was pondering that very thing the other day. I’m afraid my computer gets slower every time redbubble makes a change….at least it seems that way. It is taking me longer and longer to get anything viewed! Good luck.
Jo O'Brien
Hi Nancy, good news is that seeing what work you have in each group is on the planning list. This is something we really want to do, but it will take a bit of time to get there.
Nancy Polanski replied
Well, I’m glad to hear that. Thanks for letting me know!
