Bridalveil Falls in the background and the Merced River in the foreground. There is a bear and her two cubs in the wooded area but they are too far too see with the lense I had. Taken 4/4/2009As is straight from the camerarotation only
Gorgeous location, FAB photo!
Thank you so much Samuel. :)
Stunning Nancy!! so gorgeous out there – we don’t even have a hill where I live.
:), I would go crazy without mountains Kate. I’m lucky this is only about 3 hours away. And my mountains are in my backyard….hopefully you’ll get to make your trip out here soon. :)Thanks
My feet are inching to return to Yosemite, a place I love so much. This is a beautiful shot, Nancy…Lynn
Thank you Lynn, I wanna go back too. I’m taking my mother in law for mothers day. I can’t wait. :)
Thanks Estes. I can’t wait until next month when I get to go back. :)
So beautiful Nancy…So well captured…And not a bear in sight! liz
LOL…funny you said that Liz, there was a mama and two cubs on the other side of the river. We coudl see them with the binoc’s but couldn’t zoom in far enough to get a shot. I’ve seen enough bears for now…LOL..Thanks Liz. :)
Stunning shot Nancy!! super work
Thanks so much Cindy! :)
Huh, looks like a was in the very same spot in May of 1994. I haven’t uploaded my picutre here yet, though. The driftwood is a bit different and your trees have grown a little taller. Yosemite is probably the most beautiful NP.
Very nice capture.
Thanks so much Adrian…..too bad time won’t just stand still. :)
What a beautiful landscape…
Thanks so much George. :)
This is all a need….mountains woods and water….stunning!
:)…I could stay here and never ever leave, :)
Thanks so very much! :)
