Sailor's Bluff
This is Sailor’s Bluff on the Turon River in central west NSW.
I’ve just spent the last few days camping and walking along the Turon and Macquarie Rivers with some very good friends.
This is the spectacular sight which greeted us while sipping our first cup of coffee in the mornings. Tough job, I know, but someone had to do it….....

Wow! Andrew that is fantastic! Who’d have thought you’d get a scene like that in the central west? Although there has been some good rain there in the last week or so.
That reflection is just perfect – you sure you didn’t ctrl+j and flip it???

In fact I didn’t even know you could do that!! If you look closely, you will see a little mist rising from the river near the rocks on the left…... :-)
If you still don’t believe me, I’ll just have to drag your butt back to this spot and show you….. LOL

I love the mirror image effect, that water is just so crystal clear you could turn this shot upside down and hardly notice the difference. Love the tones and textures in that gorgeous orange rock – Excellent
