Thanks Mel, I’m glad it’s working too….. ours has been dodgy for a few days now…. phones are a no go…. gotta love modern technology!

Lovely light Boz, like the way it highlights the ladder. The texture in the rocks is nice too. To me it has quite an abstract feel…..It really makes you investigate the image.

A stunner Boz – lighting is exquisite. (If public is not allowed do I ask how you got in?!)
Andrew Bosman in reply to Rosalie Dale IPA’s comment, 2 months ago
We (Sydney Speleological Society) had a permit.
When I say public I mean it isn’t a tourist cave….. it’s a “wild” cave.
Clear as mud!

Yep I understand – have a stepson who’s into all those ?exciting? type of activities!

Mate this is a fantastic shot it really is.
I just want to be sure on that point before I add the following.
For me, and I underline me, it would have been nice to see something that gave the image some perspective, whether it be a person, some article of clothing, a backpack, coil of rope it would have helped me more to get ‘into’ the image and stop my eyes from trying to work out where I was if you understand what I mean.
As I said though a great shot and I envy you being able to get access to areas like that :-)

You have nailed the lighting with this stunning image Boz. It reminds me of those covers on National Geographic Magazines for some reason. Top shot.

wow-this is a splenderific photo-sharp, warm and great composition. Sometimes great photos just happen-and sometimes they happen after much effort-but certainly worth the effort for this one!

I thought the ladder must have been some hideous cave insect at first glance! I really should clean my glasses more often…
Great shot Boz. Looks like you had fun!

OMG that light is freakin’ awesome Mr B.
The way it just streams down, lights the rocks magnificently and then lights up the far wall with it is very impressive indeed. Just gorgeous.

Oh, I definitely need to go there, and they look more sublime, softer and more elegant than jenolan caves..
