Sublime.
Mist rising from the majestic Jamison Valley in the Blue Mountains.
This image was taken from a property in Sublime Point Rd, Leura. The property has a very beautiful and well established cool climate garden which makes a wonderful contrast in the foreground to the magnificent eucalypt forest of the valley.
Taken on the same day as Mist Rising

As you said Boz, the colours in the foreground are in wonderful contrast to the background. Has an almost Japanese feel to me. Lovely work.

What lovely Autumn Colours, lovely shot. I was just in the opposite direction over the weekend, at Mt Tomah and the Autumn colours took my breath away.

Mist from the majestic mountains and autumnal colourings kicking in full effect = WOW.
Either part of the shot would be a keeper for sure, but combined this is real table tennis on the eye, flicking from one side to the next without being able to fix the gaze for too long before moving back again.
Superb shot Mr B.

Fantastic Boz! Love the juxtaposition of the autumnal colour of the european style garden to the cool olive-green scrub of the valley. The clouds and mist rising of the valley also add a nice bit of drama to the shot.

Beautifully captured love that autumn colour and the clouds really lend the picture a painterly quality.

Andrew, the only missing elements in our beautiful Blue Mountains for me are those wonderful reds and oranges, that you found and represented so perfectly in this shot!
