I took this photo in the heritage museum “Kiekeberg” near Hamburg in northern Germany.
The open air museum shows reminders of daily life in former times. Many old thatched cottages are re-erected and furnished with original supplies.
Walking the paths, I noticed this old wooden wheel leaning against the wall and found it so picturesque I had to give it a try.

pp: enhanced contrast and decreased brightness slightly, changed to sepia by a filter called “old newspaper” and then adjusted levels of contrast and brightness again.

I hope you like it. Kindest regards, Heike
