Great pic -makes me homesick. It looks identical to the Baobab of Africa. Do the Boabs produce Cream of Tartar fruit like the Baobab?

hi tom. the fruit is kinda sherbet like but chewey. chewey powder?! slightly citric acidy in taste. the kids love it. largish seeds, about the size of a large coffee bean. they are from the same family, so i think it would be similar.
