There's No Place Like Home... by

Ryan (our second little grandson) is home with his mom and dad after spending a month in the luxury NICU suite at Centennial Hospital and Resort! He now weighs nearly 5 lbs and is doing all those important things all babies are supposed to do with great enthusiasm and does them frequently!

His big brother, so far, is unimpressed with his achievements….

Oh—-SO GLAD to see that he is climbing those mountains and home at last!! Whew! What a fragile little gem!

  • Thank you! It’s wonderful to have him home…he’s done so well compared to some of the other little babies there. A baby born at 3 to 3.5 lbs has a very high probably of survival and of being healthy. There are little babes who have been there for nearly half a year and barely appear to be older than a newborn. It’s very hard on parents.

Such a wonderful capture of your precious new grandson, Karen.xx

  • Thank you Marie! As I mentioned in my little narrative….Thomas remains totally unimpressed with him! I made dinner there two nights ago and his mom asked him to say grace ( which is just precious)…as always he thanked Jesus for everything (this would include bugs and forks) but refused to thank Jesus for his new baby brother Ryan…even after his mom prompted him several times to do so! He’s not ready to thank Jesus for this intruder!!!
