You’ve Got a Friend
This morning, I was delighted to see I had sold a card of one of my favorite images. It is a shot of my five year old grandson, at his birthday party, walking with his best friend. I was even more thrilled to read, in my b’mail, that this card will be used by an Australian ( I just love Australians! ) in a Scottish workshop. This means far more to me than the sale of a card and has given me a huge boost…both artistically speaking and in the more mundane world of marketing myself in a more efficient manner. A very grateful thank you to this special person. It has served to remind me it is the small and unexpected things in life which often have the biggest impact.
It has also reminded me that the things I do, although they may seem small at the time, can also have an unexpected impact in another person’s life. Commit a Random Act of Kindness today, my fellow RB’s! You never know how much it may mean to someone else; for ’tis kindness which makes this world go ’round…..
