Beaconsfield mine disaster knitted scarves. by

I spent hours today wandering through the Beaconsfield Mine Heritage Museum in Tasmania Australia.
The rescue of two miners in 2006 will become part of ‘Australian History’ in years to come.
An exhibition of colourful scarves were on display. More information can be seen on the internet.

Thanks so much for looking at my work.
My husband and I are travelling around Australia in our caravan and 4×4 Colorado.
We visit lots of remote areas which do not have internet connection.
Will catch up with my RB friends when we are on-line.
