When You Bring a Knife to a Brush Fight by

My favorite art is the kind that shows me something different each time I see it and makes my fingers reach out to touch its surface. With this painting — my first with all knife work — I created my own favorite. Isn’t that what this is all about?

Acrylic paint applied with knives, on canvas board (16″×20″). Original is available for sale.

Your best ever, Robin. It’s phenomenal. I love it. And those eyes, looking up and away are just right; leaving lots of room for interpretation. Fantastic painting. Bravo!!

Oh Wow! I just knew this was “knife work” … it was my weapon of choice. Is the original large? Simply chaotically expressive and Great, Robin!

  • You’re so nice to say that!! Many thanks!!!!!

And I’m SO glad you asked about the size! I forgot to include the description info in the frist comment space…LOL…so I’m posting it as the next comment, and some of it as part of this reply to you. Thank you again!!!
