I have to admit my mind works a bit different that some.. if you only knew what the base image was you’d be LOL too! Thanks I’m glad it took you to another world. It takes me there too. And yes that darn platic wrap filter actually can do interesting things if you play with it a while. The birds was just luck, I had shot them one day and they were on a blue background easily extracted and they just fit perfect. Pure luck and a bit of creativity.

Thank Kernuak, I like both looks it depends on my mood and how much time I have to do things. I think digital photomontage takes more time to think about what you want to do and then execute it. I do not have enough hours in the day to do all the thing I like so I probably have more traditional work as it’s less time consuming.

I find drawing is like riding a bike, once you know how it comes back quickly. Photoshop is pretty easy to learn if you have a good book, Tom Ing has some really self explainary ones that I think are great starter points. Good luck look forward to seeing it.
