Réflexions D'arbre
I’m always in awe of the reflective qualities of water and light. The colors blend so superbly that the imitation of such has intreged artists for centuries and inspired some of the greatest art.
This abstraction is from such a day when the light and the water danced with ripples of refracted colors.. Who could resist…

Réflexions D'arbre belongs to the following groups:
Abstract Realism, All Things Poetic, Artistic, Philosophical, aqua, lime or indigo, Colors of Water, Landscape and Abstract Photography and Trees - 2 images per day with trees as the focal point Available for sale asLaminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints and Posters

Photography as we all know is all about light, reflections are such an appealing subject and can vary greatly depending on the light and air motion.
A beautiful reflective image and yes it is perhaps somewhat abstract at first glance but a natural abstract is perhaps more accurate, well captured and presented Mary,
Regards, Rod.
Mary Campbell replied
Yes, it’s an abstraction caused by nature but the eye just sees the abstraction at first then as you said realizes its something in nature. My eye focused on the abstraction when I cropped it, to emphasis that. I could of left the attached trees as I have done in other reflections that give it more of a nature link such as “this one”
Thanks for the thoughtful comments and intellectual discussion about art. I appreciate it.
